This Refund Policy explains our payment, cancellation, and refund conditions for services purchased through our website or directly from our company.

2. No Refund After Services Have Been Provided

All payments for services that have already been provided, completed, or delivered are non-refundable.

Once NavaroMarketingPro has performed or delivered the agreed digital marketing services, the client is not eligible for a refund for those services.

This includes services such as:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Content Marketing

  • Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Website Marketing Support

  • Brand Development

  • Digital Advertising Support

3. Monthly Service Payments

For monthly marketing packages, payments cover the services and work agreed upon for the applicable billing period.

Once services for a billing period have been performed or delivered, the payment for that period is non-refundable.

Canceling a monthly package does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for services already provided or work already completed.

4. Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by contacting us through email.

Cancellation requests will apply according to the agreed service terms and billing arrangements. Any outstanding payments for completed work or services already provided remain payable.

5. Work in Progress

If a client requests cancellation while work is in progress, any refund eligibility, if applicable, will depend on the work completed, expenses incurred, and the written agreement between the client and Navaro LLC.

6. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
